Payment for large organized tours is only acceptable in cash at the castle ticket office.
The tours are offered in languages:
Czech, German, English
Printed guides are available in languages: Czech, German, English, Russian, Polish, Spanish, Dutch, Japanese.
An own guide is necessary for other languages.
The reservation should include:
date, time, name of the group, number of people, nationality, and language.
The leader of the group must present himself/herself 15 minutes before the tour at the cash desk and purchase the tickets.
